At Malachite & Match, we take great care in packaging and preparing your order to help ensure your products arrive safely and in excellent condition. While we do our utmost to provide secure packaging and reliable handling, once your order has been handed over to the postal carrier, delivery is ultimately outside of our control.⚠️Please note that Malachite & Match cannot be held responsible for damage, breakages, loss, or mishandling caused by third-party postal or courier services. We recommend inspecting your package upon arrival and contacting the carrier directly if the damage appears to have occurred during transit.If your item arrives damaged and the issue does not appear to be the result of carrier handling, please contact us as soon as possible with details and any supporting photographs so we can assess the situation and figure out a resolution.
Yes, we are committed to sourcing our crystals as ethically and responsibly as possible. Our suppliers maintain strong, long-standing relationships with mine owners and take active steps to ensure transparency throughout the sourcing process.They personally visit mines where possible, conduct video calls with mining operations to help assess working conditions, and work closely with trusted partners who share our values. They also support charitable initiatives that provide assistance to mining communities and contribute to improving the wellbeing of miners.
Malachite & Match is committed to respecting the Earth and diverse cultural practices. For this reason, we have chosen not to use ingredients such as White Sage, Palo Santo, White Sandalwood, and Frankincense due to concerns around overharvesting, unethical sourcing, and their significance within closed cultural practices.We encourage learning from respectful, reputable sources while we continue to grow and refine our own practices.

Not yet, at this stage, Malachite & Match ships exclusively within Australia. International shipping is definitely part of our future plans, and we can't wait to share our products with customers around the world.Follow us on social media to be the first to hear when international shipping becomes available.
